Six flags Great Adventure

I’ve never been this much of roller coaster riding in my life! Non stop 8 Roller coasters within a day. I and Rin gave up on the last one. Luckily the “Kingda ka” was not in service. Its height looks scary.

Besides from all the roller coasters, I also enjoyed simulator, 3D, boat riding, paratroop and car bump. We found that the car bump was rubbish (according to Sam). We couldn’t go fast and had to drive in one way!

We also watched 2 shows. Extreme show and dolphin (It was a nice show but a bit too short).
After all the excitements, I'm aching all over especially my neck and legs

Brooklyn

We went to Brooklyn on Saturday afternoon. Brooklyn is right next to New York City. It is quiet city and doesn’t look so busy like Manhattan. Chieu and Sam were there already. We walked along the 7 Ave and had Mexican food for lunch. Rin ordered a dish ordered Cameron (I liked it a lot even he was so mean and gave me only one bite). Then we went to Prospect Park. This park is still nature with lot of big trees. We were told that it will be more beautiful and colorful in autumn.

In the evening, we walked to the pier. It is just besides Brooklyn Bridge. From there we can see nice view of New York. Ice cream at Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory was good. I think it was even better than having huge ice cream and not-home-made one from Serendipity.

Walking across Brooklyn Bridge on that day was really nice. Unlike other bridges I have been, this bridge gives you your own walk path and it is in the middle of the bridge. Nice view all the way there with some history lessons.

Woke up by the loud noise from the smoke detector at 7:30, I got up and tried to figure out what happened? Something is burning?” None ..I couldn't find any of them. Why didn't the sound stop? I went right away and turn the notebook off. I was playing audio book all night and thought it was overheated and could cause fire.
I checked the smoke detector. There was no button or anything to stop the sound. I finally took the whole box off and found out that there was water dripping. I started checking. Water was dripped from the ceiling and fall everywhere on the wall. What was happening! I asked Askhar, the so-called apartment manager. He was so upset and didn't want to explain anything (after he argued with the tenant who lives upstairs.)
Yes, the water was overflow from her sink. I was not sure if it will happen again.
That was my another day in very tiny apartment in New York city.
